Finished (for another semester)

So i messed up and wrote and then put in a picture and it didn't work the way i wanted so you get to see the picture first. Kellen was so excited about giving Jet a cowboy hat for Christmas that he put it on her. I got the camera out. As soon as she saw the hat she was laughing and so excited.

Hey everyone,

I am done with my finals and so happy to have yet another semeseter under my belt. My two finals on Thrusday went really well. I know I didn't do super hot on my GIS lecture part of the final, but I got the lab like it was nothin. So I expect a high B in that class. My other class was a Paul class. If you don't know what that is, be grateful. For my siblings to understand it is a class somewhat similar to a Coach Pat class, for reference.

Random Pictures

So Juliet is being a pirate and showing a few of her top teeth.
This is our christmas tree this year. I just love it.

This was Jet playing in the car while we were waiting for Kellen's parents to pick out their christmas tree. She was having a blast, being able to rove around in a car is quite a pleasure to a little kid.

Kellen's parents have this banana chair and Jet was playing with it. So kellen sat her in it and rocked it. She thought she was on a buckin chair see how she has her arms up.

Here is a cool dude picture of my daughter. I am going to print it out and place it next to my cool dude picture from when I was little

I'm Close

Okay so today is the day that I actually have to present my project that I have supposedly been doing all semester in powerpoint format and as luck would have it, I have practically no voice. It is really scratchy and low. I will get through. After this semester I will only have to take 21 more credits to graduate and only 8 have to be upper divison which i have covered this next spring. Then I am DONE HURRAH!! I'm so excited, that I just can't hide it. i went in to talk with my counselor (Dave) (awesome guy) and we figured out that next fall I can take whatever I want. It would basically be like being a senior in high school where the last semaester in just taking easy classes and playing. Awesome. I didn't really experience that when I went to high school. I am so excited. Dave was trying to find a geology class that I might want to take and the truth of the matter is that I have pretty much taken all of them that he knows for sure will be offered. He said I was golden in my homestretch to graduate. Isn't that cool!!

What is DEAD WEEK?

Okay so it is supposedly dead week at school, but that doesn't mean that you have nothing to do. I think I have finally figured out whaty dead week means. You die trying to get all the assignments that your teachers have cleverly made due during dead week. and thus you are dead tired, a dead wreck, and dead mad at the school for all the little stuff the teachers require you to do. I am just stressed a little bit. Kellen was layed off yesterday and even though we will sail through it fine, it is a little stressful when it is right before Christmas. Don't worry, we'll be fine. Maybe I need a soak in a hot tub *wink, wink, Monica* to help me just be calm. I also have to present a project that I have been doing for my GIS class and I always get nervous when I have to speak in front of people. Gotta go, but I figured it would be good if I updated my blog. Maybe next time I'll put up a picture of my Christmas tree, It is sooooo cute. TTFN

Eat and Eat

Well Thanksgiving is past, but I ate my fill to ensure that I ate my fair share of food. We spent Thanksgiving at Kellen's parents and while us girls were home cooking, all the boys were up helping Jake (Kellen's older brother) put up his house. He is trying to get the roof on it before it snows. I am not sure he will make it, but so far the weather has been really good. Some of the boys weren't too happy to have to work on the house for Thanksgiving, but as a family we all helped out and Jake's house is much further along than it would have been if they hadn't helped. There was tons of pie because mom made 1 cherry, 2 banana cream, Laura made 2apple and I made 3pumpkin pies. OHHHH they wer all delicious. Mom didn't realize that I was making more than one pie and asked if I could just make one. I told her it was my mom's recipe and that you couldn't size it down. She was worried that we would have to take the pie home cause it wouldn't all get eaten. I was said that it was okay if we took some home, because I would eat it all myself. Well I am happy to report that it did all get eaten and was good! I did my share on the pies too.

Now we are back in Pocatello and I have to go to school, :( I'll get through. Kellen's friend Dan who is getting married on the 13th is staying with us for two weeks. He got a job here for those two weeks and asked if he could stay with us. He figures it would be good to earn a few more bucks before the big day and to be separate from his honey so temptation has no sway. I think he thinks this is good because Kellen told him that that was how it was for us and we would do it that way again if we got to choose again. Kellen and I tease that Dan is our boy, because we take care of him so much. I am sooooooo excited that he is getting married. It helps me to not get so down with school because I have their wedding to look forward to the weekend before finals. Well that is all I got for now. TTFN
